My name is Samar / suh-mer; I was born in Houston, Texas but have been living in Toronto (ish) for close to two decades.

Driven by curiosity and enriched by both experiences and some amazing people I’m surrounded by, I’m on a quest towards growth— with a commitment to inspire others as I’ve been inspired.

My aim is to foster a more sustainable and interconnected world, fueled by my current interests in power electronics, ML accelerators, ASIC design, and all things high-speed.

Applications engineering at Qoherent, where I got to create solutions in radio frequency machine learning and software defined radio.
